To Mom, With Love

I wished my mother on mother’s day yesterday and realized how easy it is for us to show us all our love towards her on a single day and in just three simple words “I love you” Mom. We will take her out for dinner or purchase her a gift or spent our day being with her or simply call her up and wish her and we are done. I still remember when my brother on her birthday sent her a birthday card and it remained there on her bedside table for almost a year and then got shifted to our family album. She will always pack my bags while leaving home for Pune and on unpacking I will find all the stuff which I had asked her not to pack (like chavanprash, almonds, ghee etc.). How much you say that you are going to a CITY and you will get all these stuff there still she will make sure that you have it. There is so much of love on her part which cannot be summed in these three words but will always be expressed through her never dying and unselfish love.
This song is my dedication to my mom. "More Than Words" is a ballad written by and originally performed by the rock band Extreme. Though it’s a perfect romantic song but sums the situation well. Here it goes:

Saying "I love you"
Is not the words I want to hear from you
It's not that I want you
Not to say, but if you only knew how easy
It would be to show me how you feel

More than words
Is all you have to do to make it real
Then you wouldn't have to say that you love me
'Cause I'd already know

What would you do if my heart was torn in two
More than words to show you feel
That your love for me is real

What would you say if I took those words away
Then you couldn't make things new
Just by saying "I love you"

More than words

Now but I've tried to talk to you
And make you understand
All you have to do is close your eyes
And just reach out your hands
And touch me
Hold me close, don't ever let me go

More than words
Is all I ever needed you to show
Then you wouldn't have to say that you love me
'Cause I'd already know

What would you do if my heart was torn in two
More than words to show you feel
That your love for me is real

What would you say if I took those words away
When you couldn't make things new
Just by saying "I love you"

More than words
More than words
More than words
More than words
More than words
