The recent one I read in TOI is about grooming classes in Delhi for policemen, bus/taxi drivers, conductors, tourism officials and bureaucrats for a nice display of good behavior and etiquettes ahead of commonwealth games.


I was just wondering if the grooming schools also teach:


• No spitting on sidewalks, walls, roads and any other public places.


• Not relieving them anywhere and everywhere.


• Not to use abusive language publically.


• To follow the principle of queuing.


• Stop littering at public places.


• Stop honking unnecessarily.


BTW is there any crash course also ;)
